Lovensky Jean-Baptiste's Word

Lovensky Jean-Baptiste is the actual name of the Haitian born actor. It was given to him by his father who was a writer working on a Russian story at the time. Lovensky grew up in the Florida Everglades and found interest in acting when he joined his highschool speech and debate team. He would eventually become a US national champion in Oral Interpretation. After highschool he would attend Florida State University where he would Minor in theater and graduate with a degree in communication. Lovensky moved to Los Angeles to further his training in the craft and garnered MFA training at the world famous acting program. There he was coached by teaching greats such as Salome Jens, Mel Shapiro, and Mark Rydell of the Actors Studio.
